OSHA issued a vaccination mandate which was immediately stayed by a federal court and the EPA and Army published a proposed rule defining “waters of the United States.”  ThenEPA levied the first federal fines for dicamba violations and plaintiffs in the broiler chicken antitrust case filed a motion opposing the defendants’ judgment sharing agreement.  Also, participants in the Glasgow Climate Change Summit signed the Food and Climate Declaration.
