The Arizona federal district court vacated the 2020 Navigable Waters Protection Rule and the Massachusetts federal district court remanded the rule, citing the Arizona court ruling.  Also, the D.C. Court of Appeals ruled the Animal Legal Defense Fund has standing to sue Hormel for misleading “Natural Choice” advertising and Plainville Farms issued statement detailing its actions in response to PETA video.
